FX Payment Facilitator / Offshore Payment Facilitator

Role Overview
RussellStone Treasury is a specialist foreign exchange and risk management firm supporting South African importers and exporters. We are seeking an experienced FX Operations professional to facilitate offshore and local foreign exchange payments and ensure full compliance with South African Reserve Bank regulations.
Key Requirements
- Prepare and submit BOP forms to banks
- Process and monitor foreign exchange payments across multiple banks
- Ensure payments are reported in line with SARB Exchange Control regulations
- Follow up on outstanding documentation from clients
- Verify transaction details with banks and clients
- Maintain accurate transaction records and audit trails
- Assist with Reserve Bank approvals and renewals
- Oversee advance payments and import documentation
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in BOP processing
- Experience in FX settlements or offshore payment processing
- Matric or relevant qualification
- Strong attention to detail and administrative discipline Important
