Chanty is the Head of the Trading Desk and Sales at RussellStone Treasury, bringing five years of dedicated service to the group. Currently serving as Trade Operations Manager, she combines a strong RE5 qualification with a meticulous eye for detail to ensure the smooth execution and settlement of trades, while supporting operational efficiency across the desk.

Passionate about planning, structured processes, and delivering clarity in fast-paced environments, Chanty thrives on creating order and coordination in the dynamic world of trading. Ashley Erasmus

Ashley Erasmus is a Derivatives Structuring Specialist at RussellStone Treasury, bringing extensive banking experience and deep technical expertise in financial markets. Danielle Cloete

Danielle Cloete is an FX Trader and Strategic Specialist at RussellStone Treasury, specialising in building trusted client relationships and designing tailored currency risk solutions. With a strong academic foundation — BCom Honours in Economics (2017) and BCom in Economics & Risk Management (2016) — she combines technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver innovative, results-driven trading strategies.

Luan van Zyl

Luan is the Head of Portfolio Management at RussellStone Treasury, bringing a strong academic background and a track record of growth within the organisation. Graduating with distinction in BCom Economics and Risk Management from NWU in 2019, he went on to complete his Honours in Economics in 2020.

Joining RussellStone Treasury as a Foreign Currency Trader, Luan quickly advanced over four years to lead the Risk Management function. His role focuses on safeguarding client and organisational interests through strategic oversight, analytical precision, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Known for his disciplined approach and commitment to excellence, Luan plays a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience and success of both the treasury desk and its clients.

Naïke Burger

Naïke is a Portfolio Manager at RussellStone Treasury, bringing more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her career has spanned wealth management, investment markets and client relationship management, giving her a broad and practical understanding of client needs. She holds an Honours Degree in Sport Science from the University of Pretoria and has completed specialised studies in risk and credit management, financial planning and banking.
